Before any discussion, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). IDEOPUS operates on a "confidential by default" principle: your documents, drawings and exchanges remain strictly confidential. We also guide you on what can safely be disclosed before a patent filing.
The licensed patent attorney performs the legal filing of the patent. IDEOPUS works upstream: technical structuring of the invention, claims architecture, pre-drafting, feasibility and strategy — then coordinates the licensed attorney, contracted by you, for the filing. This preparation makes the filing stronger and more effective.
A strategic assessment takes a few weeks. A complete programme — from concept structuring to validated prototype and investor dossier — typically takes 3 to 12 months depending on technical complexity and the number of layers (IP, engineering, industrial).
